Our Garden Rooms

Slate coloured profiled roof sheets with matching facia trims and coloured matched cover caps for the mechanical fixings.

We use a European and Welsh larch cladding board which has a tongue and groove joint. The cladding can be applied vertically or horizontally. Our cladding can be left untreated which will allow the sun to turn it silver, alternatively we can scorch the face of the classing which gives a great effect. We also offer painted larch cladding, using a microporus opaque wood finish in anthracite grey for a more contemporary look.

The insulated floor deck is covered with a treated tongue & groove board which we then cover with a light grey oak effect laminate floor. Alternatively we can fit an engineered solid oak floor, both are hard wearing. We fit a pre painted small grey skirting.

All our glazing conforms to the current Building Regulations regarding U values with argon filled cavities. Our doors all have toughened safety glass and the majority of our frames are grey on the outside and white on the inside. Our Garden Room typically have large sliding doors with an additional window with a passive air vent fitted.

Our Garden Rooms use a compact wall panel heater which has a digital timer and thermostat. Alternatively we can install a wi-fi panel heater which can be operated via an app e.g. Tuya Smart.

We use a LED strip light which give a continuous beam of light along the rear wall which is defused behind a light pelmet. This is a low energy lighting solution.

.Our wall panels and roof panels all have rigid foil backed insulation packed between the timer frame and our floor has 150mm of insulation. Your Garden Room is fully cacooned, easy to heat with low energy costs.

We can add a timber deck to enable you to enjoy the summer sun outside your Garden Room.
