This is the refurbishment of an existing barn. We removed the existing cladding which was beginning to rot, no cavity battens were used when the cladding was originally fitted. We repaired the existing timber structure, wrapped the building in a foil breather membrane, fitted cavity battens with dpc and fitted larch cladding. New windows were added, new flooring and redecoration completed.

This garden storage unit has 3 compartments: bike storage, garden tools and firewood. The unit also has bin storage. We have used scorched larch, all the doors have mortice locks which are keyed alike. The unit is raised off the ground to give a dry storage solution.
